styrofoam
Expanded polystyrene
Application and properties: THERMO CONTROL is a thermal insulation material made of polystyrene and belongs to the group of self-extinguishing styrofoam. It is characterized by shape and form consistency as well as good ecological characteristics. Depending on the purpose, THERMO CONTROL is produced in 4 categories that differ in compressive strength.

EPS 30
THERMO CONTROL EPS 30 is a self-extinguishing styrofoam with a compressive strength of ≈ 50 kPa and is recommended for insulation of areas without pressure load on the thermal insulation layer (between roof rafters, sandwich walls, etc.). It is marked with a dark red line.
EPS F
THERMO CONTROL EPS F is a self-extinguishing styrofoam with a compressive strength of ≈ 70 kPa and is recommended for insulation of facade walls (demit facades) and interior insulation (ceilings and interior walls, etc.). It is marked with a red line.
EPS 100
THERMO CONTROL EPS 100 is a self-extinguishing styrofoam with a compressive strength of ≈ 100 kPa and is recommended for insulating areas with medium compressive loads on the thermal insulation layer (for instance, in screeds of floor structures, for making "demit facades", etc.). It is marked in yellow.
EPS 120
THERMO CONTROL EPS 120 is a self-extinguishing styrofoam with a compressive strength of ≈ 120 kPa and is recommended for insulating areas with higher pressure load on the thermal insulation layer (for instance, in screeds of floor constructions, etc.). It is marked with a black line.
THERMOCONTROL is produced in panels of standard dimensions
1000mm x 500mm or at the customer's request.
Durostir
Application and properties: Durostir is a thermal insulation material with high bulk density over 30 kg / m3 and high compressive strength. It is characterized by extremely low water absorption, which makes it a substitute for XPS and is recommended for insulation of foundations, basement walls (so-called Perimeter insulation) and other areas burdened by the presence of moisture. It is also recommended for the production of plinths, industrial floors and other buildings with high pressure loads (under laminate, in screeds of floor structures, etc.)

EPS formwork blocks
Styrofoam for
flat roofs
Roof pitch is a mandatory part of any flat roof. In the past, such a roof used to be thermally insulated first and then a cement screed or concrete slopes would be done.
The main disadvantages of such a slope formation:
- Moisture retention
- Climatic conditions dependence
- Machine processing
- Slower installation
- High costs

Our solution is a roof pitch made with Durostir (KPA at 10% 225) allowing easy operation and quick installation. Thickness and falls are done based on your project, while standard boards have dimensions (LxW) 2000 × 1000, 1000 × 1000, 1000 × 500. Compared to other manufacturers’ products, the advantage of ours is the inclined board that is made of one element (layer), which makes it even easier to install.
- "Dual system" - Thermal insulation of roofs and roof slope
- Fast installation using stacking boards
- More economical than concrete screed
- Lightweight construction
- Independence from weather conditions
The layers order:
- Reinforced concrete
- Vapor barrier
- Durostir thermal insulation inclined board
- Geotextiles
- Waterproofing membrane
Besides Durostir thermal insulation boards, we also offer vapor barriers, geotextiles and waterproofing membranes. You only need have to send us your project with dimensions and slopes as in the example and leave the rest to our team of professionals.
